Specialty Performance Programs
All Sports Performance - Discover the exercises that are best for enhancing power in your sport, and your needs. Athletes will improve their overall performance and achieve a higher level of athleticism by Incorporating sport specific skills into conditioning for each individual or team.
The training session will focus on:
- Teaching proper mechanics to reduce the risk of injury
- Improving proprioceptive function
- Building strength ,power and explosiveness
- Increasing speed, agility and acceleration

Coaches and Components
- Our physical therapists and strength coaches have been hand picked to ensure the highest quality of instructional training for each athlete.
- Athletes will learn and use Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and agility skills to hone their explosive power no matter what their sport is.
Restoring Performance after injury - Train under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Each participant will be using a safe and effective reconditioning regimen to bring an athlete back from injury. These training sessions are proven to help athletes by using alternative training methods to aid in rehabilitation and help prevent future injuries.
Sports Training - Incorporating this sport specific program, athletes will be educated on proper stretching techniques, weight lifting principles and proper drill execution The athletes will also learn to achieve explosive power through plyometric activities and hone their agility skills for precision while on the slope.
HPTSC Programs include:
- Initial consultation with a certified sports conditioning specialist.
- Each training program will test and build the nine essential fitness components including power, strength, speed, quickness coordination, agility, flexibility, local muscular endurance, aerobic capacity and balance.
- Free HPTSC Results No Excuses T-shirt.
HPTSC four to six week training programs are designed for maximum results and may be applied to a group or customized to individual needs.
