Keeping Kids, Healthy, Fit and Strong - Houghton Physical Therapy, MA

Keeping Kids Strong and Healthy !!! This was a great event for us and the children at St. John's Evangelist. Todd Houghton and Jesse Cloutier of Houghton Physical Therapy took the kids through a sample course of some exercise drills that our therapists and sports conditioning specialists use to strengthen our patients and clients. Mayor Kevin Dumas came to express his thoughts on being active and eating nutritious food to maintain a healthy body. The kids had a great day and we are looking forward to next years Wellness Week.
